1. Service Refunds

  • All services provided by Abiodun Auto Repair & Car Care are carefully performed by certified technicians.
  • Refunds for services are considered only in cases of service failure or errors directly caused by our team.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion with proof of service and payment.

2. Product Returns

  • Any auto parts or products purchased from Abiodun Auto Repair & Car Care may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or special-order parts cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping or service fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Abiodun Auto Repair & Car Care.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Proof of damage (photo or video) must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
